Refund Policy
By purchasing a delegate ticket, you acknowledge and agree
to the following terms and conditions:
- All delegate ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts.
- Tickets are non-transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred to another individual or exchanged for another event.
- The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events. In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via email, and alternative arrangements may be offered at the discretion of the organizers.
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits towards future events. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, your ticket will be forfeited.
- Any requests for exceptions to this policy must be submitted in writing to the event organizers at least 30 days prior to the event date. Approval of exceptions is at the sole discretion of the organizers.
- By purchasing a delegate ticket, you agree to comply with all event rules and regulations, as well as any instructions provided by event staff and organizers.
